Kharghar
Kharghar is located in Navi Mumbai. The place is fairly populated with residential buildings. The Central Park form the lung of the township. During monsoon, the place is bathed in greenery and becomes worthy of daytrips. Streams are activated throughout the locality and waterfalls plunge down. The most famous are the Pandavkada waterfalls, however, visiting Pandavkada is no more allowed by authorities. On a monsoon day, a family roadtrip from Mumbai will certainly bring joy if the members happen to be nature-lovers. The CST railway station of Mumbai is a mere one hour and fifteen minutes away from Kharghar railway station.
