The Prince Akatoki, a Japan based hotel chain is scheduled to open its first hotel in Bangkok

The Prince Akatoki would open its first hotel in Southeast Asia under the umbrella of StayWell Holdings, a giant hotel management group in Asia Pacific. In the last quarter of 2021 the hotel with 255 rooms including a 1850 square feet wide Presidential Suite would be inaugurated by the Chao Phraya riverside in Bangkok. The property is being developed keeping in mind the needs of both business and leisure travellers.

It would have a private pier and a luxury boat service to Icon Siam, one of the largest malls in the continent located bang opposite to the hotel just across Chao Phraya. Equipped with a rooftop sky bar, a pool bar, a whisky bar and multiple restaurants including one catering a Thai-Japanese fusion food, the hotel would be another feather in the cap for Bangkok.

For The Price Akatoki brand, this would be their third international expansion after London and Guangzhou. The London property has already bagged several prestigious awards since its inauguration in 2019. Now, the brand strives to bring luxury Japanese hospitality in the heart of Bangkok, the most visited city in Asia.
