Uniworld Boutique River Cruises and Oberammergau Passion Play 2022

Uniworld Boutique River Cruises is a Los Angeles based luxury cruise liner with operations across 28 countries including India, Vietnam, Egypt, Peru, Russia, Cambodia, China and throughout European countries. The company has announced its pre-cruise extension on select Delightful Danube itinerary cruises to make it easier for guests to catch Oberammergau Passion Play.

Oberammergau is an idyllic German town cradled by the Bavarian Alps. Oberammergau Passion Play is a once a decade performance relating to Jesus Christ’s last few days on Earth. The play involves 2000 local performers and is being held since 1634. In 2022, the play would run from May 25 to September 14.

Uniworld Boutique River Cruises has geared to offer its guests a four days pre-cruise extension. Some of the highlights of the package includes two-night stays at Oberammergau, premium seating at the Passion Play, one-night stay at Munich and a three-course dinner. Tariff starts at $3799 per person on double occupancy. 2022 has more in store for Uniworld as it also plans to launch a new itinerary Dutch Delight. It is all about an eight-day sailing trip experiencing Dutch cities, villages, windmills, beaches, craft hubs and quaint wooden houses. Noteworthy cities on this itinerary are Amsterdam, Harlingen and Nijmegen. There is a 12% discount on 2022 trips if bookings and payments are made before 31 March 2021.
